Girls Up and Active Female Boxing sessions

Box your way to fitness!

Box Fit is a high energy/intensity workout that includes authentic boxing training using pads ,gloves and drills.

This training works all areas of the body and improves your fitness levels as well improving co-ordination, power and controlling body weight.

Sessions at St Peter’s Leisure Centre on Tuesdays at 7.00pm and Thursdays at 6.00pm.  If you’re up for the challenge, why not combine with Hard & Heavy and Abs Blast for our Ball Breaker @ Studio 2 session!
