No need to arrange childcare for your workout!
There’s no need for childcare – Buggy Bootcamp is specifically devised for postnatal mums allowing them to bring their babies in the pram or a buggy.
All instructors are fully qualified fitness professionals who are trained to understand what a new mum’s body has been through and know what training exercises are needed at different postnatal stages.
The 45-minute bootcamp classes incorporate cardio and fat-burning exercises with strength training and toning, concentrating on the specific areas that need extra work after childbirth.
The great thing is that this combination of exercises produces maximum results as it not only tones those problem areas, but also helps you speed up the metabolism aiding in weight loss.
The class also comes with the added bonus of exercising with other new mums. You can make new friends and benefit from the social fun these classes bring.
