Find out at HIT Circuit.  Traditional moves like squats, burpees and jacks combine with new moves to make you work your body in several planes at once.

HIT Circuit is a station workout with limited recovery so be prepared to push yourselves to your limits. You have 30 minutes to reach your limit of strength, endurance and flexibility.

Suitable for all fitness levels but challenging at all.
