Our LTB or Legs, Tums & Bums is a fun-filled class to help you lose weight and tone those areas we love to hate.
The class is a full lower body aerobic workout that aims to target, strengthen and tone those problem areas. The session includes not only aerobics but also floor work and effective exercises including squats and lunges.
