Ladies only bootcamp, offering local women the opportunity to improve their fitness, lose weight and get stronger.

Certified instructors will be delivering a different workout each week with a mix of indoor and outdoor exercise.

The sessions are suitable for beginners so no matter what your fitness level, you can work out at your own pace and energise your mid-week.
