No need to worry about childcare – bring the baby and the buggy to our mums’ workout.
Buggy Bootcamp is specifically designed for postnatal mums allowing them to bring their babies in the pram. Not only is it good for fitness and weight loss, it’s also a great way to get out with your baby, socialise and make friends!
Our instructors are fully qualified fitness professionals who are trained to understand what a new mum’s body has been through and know what training exercises are needed at different postnatal stages.
The 45-minute session incorporates bursts of cardiovascular and strength training intervals, to assist with toning and concentrating on the specific areas that need extra work after childbirth.
