You become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.
A mix of exercises incorporating team games and individual challenges- all abilities welcome, if you haven’t exercised for a while and are looking to get back into it, this is the class for you.
There’s no need for childcare – Buggy Bootcamp is specifically devised for postnatal mums allowing them to bring their babies in the pram or a buggy.
The 45-minute buggy bootcamp classes incorporate cardio and fat-burning exercises with strength training and toning, concentrating on the specific areas that need extra work after childbirth.
Yoga Fit Pilates
Ideal for beginners, a modern mind and body workout that improves core strength, enhances flexibility and reduces stress.
A dance inspired workout that will get your blood pumping whilst listening to your favourite dance anthems.
