Burnley Leisure members’ efforts to become fitter and healthier have been rewarded with prizes.
A group of ten members were pleased to find out that their names had been drawn in the latest competition run by the leisure trust.
The lucky gym-goes walked away with a range of prizes including £100 worth of holiday vouchers, theatre tickets at the Burnley Mechanics and a golf lesson at Prairie Sports Village.
Jack Heys, Burnley Leisure sales and retention consultant said: “It’s important to us to always reward our members and thank them for their continued loyalty to Burnley Leisure.
“We work hard to promote health and fitness within the community and are extremely proud to have such an enthusiastic and active group of members.”
The rewards and dedication programme, which had been running for just a little over a month, saw 3000 members taking part. They were collecting stamps for going to fitness classes, swimming sessions and hitting the gym to be entered into a prize draw.
The dedication and reward scheme was designed to promote health and fitness as well as an opportunity to recognise active members for their loyalty to Burnley Leisure.
The leisure trust provides a vastly diverse range of activities for people of all ages and abilities.
There are a host of daily fitness classes and sports taking place at the leisure centres as well as outside in the community.
