With the desire to get more women in Burnley active, Burnley Leisure’s healthy lifestyles team has launched a brand new ladies only bootcamp.
The class called ‘Move it & Lose it’ offers local women the opportunity to improve their fitness, lose weight and get stronger.
The sessions are held at Prairie Sport Village every Tuesday between 6pm and 7pm.
Certified instructors will be delivering a different workout each week with a mix of indoor and outdoor exercise.
Move it & Lose it are priced at £3.50 per session and are open to women and girls aged 16 and above.
Natalie Wright, healthy lifestyles development officer at Burnley Leisure, said: “Come along to one of our bootcamps, the sessions are suitable for beginners so no matter what your fitness level, you can work out at your own pace and really energise your mid-week.”
